Impressive updates include a complete kitchen renovation, equipped with custom cabinetry throughout, quartzite countertops, 48-inch SubZero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf 36-inch gas cooktop and oven package, and ASKO dishwasher. This home is chef-ready with every high-end appliance and cookware supplied. Additional upgrades include travertine and hardwood floors, smooth surface ceilings, recessed lighting, silhouette blinds, and Cope Closet System built-ins.
The primary bedroom has an oceanfront balcony entrance and remote blinds so you can watch the sunrise without leaving your bed. This room also has an en suite bath with an oversized garden tub. Three guest bedrooms have balcony access.
The washer/dryer are conveniently located across from the kitchen.
